Mr. Northcutt, what’s really gotten old is your fanatical support for Mr. Crane and self proclaimed “experienced” slate that is now proposing a $2+million tax, perhaps to cover for their lack of financial planning and inability to balance the budget.
The “experienced” slate voted unanimously to spend $35+ million on a project that was absolutely unnecessary.
This and other reckless spending habits resulted in low reserves and grim financial outlook, hence need for taxation as additional (and safe) stream of income.
I disagree with you on “approachability” of the Town Officials. My experience has been contrary to yours.
