Due to the election cycles, the regular Monday night meeting was held on Wednesday, November 9.
A fairly lengthy meeting concentrated on 6 presentations that were for “discussion only” and no action was taken.

Other business requiring expeditures were:
- Approved Resolution R2022-17, to enter into a joint Purchase/Sale Agreement between Maricopa County, Town of Cave Creek and Desert Foothills Land Trust, providing for half the negotiated total amount necessary to purchase and preserve approximately 30.6 acres, for an amount of $362,500.00.
(Met with great enthusiasm from the Harmony Hollow supporters). - Approved a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Core & Main LP, for the purchase of Neptune water meters and associated equipment, parts and software, for an amount up to $700,000.
