It was so refreshing to read your February 3rd commentary “Cut to the Chase.” I think Community newspapers should be about bringing the community together with a common understanding of the local news.
My wife and I first moved to Cave Creek in September and the first couple issues of Sonoran News had articles or lengthy opinions written by others that I found were intentionally divisive. As a result I have not opened your newspaper since then until yesterday when by chance I opened to your commentary. You are the person I would want running my local newspaper!
Thank you for helping keep the Sonoran News on a track of local news, thoughtful ideas and local advertising. A paper I want to read.
