The Sept. 3 meeting of the Carefree Town Council was brief and consisted of the following approvals:
- Partial street closure for a funeral at SkyRanch on Nov. 23.
- Amended street closure for the Enchanted Pumpkin Garden event Oct. 18-27.
- Naming the Town Clerk as CFO.
- Amendment to the existing floodplain management regulations.
- Action was then taken to into Executive Session for discussion and legal advice.
