Monday evening international visiting teachers and interns were introduced to the Governing Board of the Cave Creek Unified School District. The average school in America has 20 percent of its students learning a second language. CCUSD has 83 percent of its students learning a second language through an immersion program that that starts in the elementary schools. Teachers are from China, Spain, France, and Canada and come to CCUSD on visas for international education and exchange programs.
