Tuesday, March 20, Sandra Rowland was almost home from her bicycle ride when she was struck by a vehicle eastbound on Lone Mountain Road near 62nd Street. She received multiple injuries that required emergency treatment. The vehicle that struck her briefly slowed, then left the scene. Ms. Rowland was struck hard enough that the passenger side mirror was knocked off the car. The suspect vehicle is a Maroon 2009 – 2011 Honda Civic.
