Hello Don and Linda – I live just on the south side of stagecoach west of Pima. Read your paper regularly. There is a housing development meeting this Tuesday at 6pm. Would appreciate your attendance and news focus on this re-zoning from 1 unit per acre to 3 units per acre proposal. Many of your reader ship will be there, I have attached the planning invite. Seems like Carefree is getting more pro-developer and tax greedy. Would be a huge impact to Cave creek and surrounding roads and environment. Is there enough water to handle 118 homes?
