Now that the bike lanes are in place and since County/Federal/State money was used to build them, does anyone (Town) have right to close them in order to park motorcycles on them during Bike Week? I would think that they have to stay open for pedal bike usage. Or maybe they need to refund the money.
Any thoughts?
