The Scottsdale Bar Association is pleased to announce it is presenting its December 13, 2016 CLE program.
The title is: “Ethics Game Show” presented by Lynda Shely.
Lynda C. Shely, of The Shely Firm, PC, Scottsdale, Arizona, provides ethics advice to over 1300 law firms in Arizona and the District of Columbia on a variety of topics including conflicts of interest, fees and billing, trust account procedures, lawyer transitions, multi-jurisdictional practice, ancillary businesses, and ethics requirements for law firm advertising/marketing.
