The Arizona Municipal Clerks Association (AMCA) Executive Board announced on Monday that Cave Creek Town Clerk Carrie Dyrek has been chosen as the 2016 AMCA Clerk of the Year. Dyrek will be presented with the award on July 26 during AMCA’s annual business meeting.
