Special event: Preserving liberty – A look at the U.S. Constitution

In the midst of a major election cycle, when talk of possible third party candidates is being bandied about, here is clear and solid information for the direction of our country.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m. the evening of Friday, July 15 in the Franklin at Brimhall Elementary School auditorium, located at 4949 E. Southern Ave. in Mesa, Arizona, the Constitution Party of Arizona will host some extraordinary speakers who will address a constitutional theme.

This event is free and open to the public!

Diane Douglas: State Superintendent of Public Instruction.

Arizona State Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas has always been passionate about the American education system and has been actively involved in Arizona’s education landscape for over twenty years. Her interest started first with her daughter’s education and continues with the birth of her new grandson. She wants an excellent education for her own family and for all families in Arizona. As the leader of the Arizona Department of Education, Superintendent Douglas is devoted to improving education in Arizona so that all students have the opportunity to succeed in life. She plans to work directly with the state education community to accomplish this goal and looks forward to collaborating with teachers, parents, students, and administrators. Scott Bradley:  National vice-presidential running mate to Darrell Castle representing the Constitution Party.

Scott N. Bradley is currently an independent business owner.  From his earliest years, he possessed an abiding love of America and her Constitution, and the American Founding Fathers.  Scott has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and a PhD in Constitutional law.  He has worked as an executive at AT&T, where he managed cutting-edge telecommunication projects including strategic planning, and a leadership role for delivery of secured communication for the U.S. Department of Defense (North American Air Defense Command–NORAD).  He was a department head and Director for sixteen years at Utah State University.  He is also the author of the book and DVD/CD lecture series “To Preserve the Nation.”  In addition, Scott hosts a talk radio show devoted to constitutional principles and their application to current political issues. Paul B. Skousen:  Renowned author, CIA analyst, and professor of communications.

Paul B Skousen is a journalist, writer and teacher. He received his MA from Georgetown University in National Security Studies. He was a CIA military analyst and served as an intelligence officer in the Situation Room at the Reagan White House. He has published several books on socialism, politics and history, and is a professor of communications and journalism. He teaches the Constitution in the tradition of the original Framers, and just published “How To Read the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.” He is currently editing the unpublished works of his father, W.
