Foothills Food Bank clients can receive free vaccination and microchipping for pets

Phoenix, AZ — The Arizona Animal Welfare League is partnering with Foothills Food Bank in Cave Creek to offer low-cost vaccinations and microchipping on Sat., July 9.

Services are available to the public, as well as food bank clients. The vaccine and microchip clinic runs from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Foodbank clients can receive free 4-in-1 and rabies vaccines for cats & dogs. They must complete a voucher request at the food bank.

Others can get vaccines for $18 each or $45 for 3 vaccines (same pet) and $20 microchips. Paying clients should email the food bank at [email protected] to be assigned an appointment time to reduce waiting. The food bank can also be reached at 480-488-1145.

All dogs must be on a leash or in carrier and cats must be in carriers.

The Foothills Food Bank serves the area from I-17 east to Rio Verde and from Pinnacle Peak Road north to Black Canyon City.
