PHOENIX – Wiley, as he would come to be known, a six- to nine- month-old German Shepherd mix, was picked up by Animal Control. Wiley weighed only 11 pounds and was hours away from death when he was found.

"Iron Ladies" speak truth

steele coddingtonWhat qualifies an American woman for evaluation as an "Iron Lady" with comparable traits that define Margaret Thatcher? It's pretty clear that they have some inherent female ethical compulsion to "protect" a person, a value or an idea simply because it's the right thing to do. They all possess the courage to fight for it because there is a moral imperative to do so. That is what compelled Thatcher – "I am in politics because of the conflict between good and evil and I believe that in the end good will triumph."
