CAVE CREEK – It speaks volumes when a mobile Mercedes mechanic opts for a more traditional brick and mortar facility and his valley wide customers follow him there, even from as far away as Chandler! Such is the case of Jim Ronchetti, who opened All Mercedes in August 2014 with his wife, Tanya Loniello. “We’re really enjoying it here,” she said. “I mean, look at our view!” (Said view being Elephant Butte.)
Loniello assures “Jim can fix anything,” and he can, but the focus at All Mercedes is of course the Benz but also European autos like BMW, VW and Audi repairs and maintenance. With 30 years experience, Ronchetti, a certified tech, learned early on in his career about keeping it honest. “We don’t oversell,” he explained. “We write an estimate and go over it. We show the customer the parts we replaced. We fully diagnose to come up with the proper solution.” Basic principles as such have earned All Mercedes countless word of mouth referrals and a loyal customer base.
Other admirable Ronchetti practices: using local Cave Creek businesses, offering a shuttle service so clients need not wait in the lounge, albeit, a newly remodeled one, monthly specials (phone ahead to hear them), and flexible pick up/drop off times. “Call and we will work with customers so they can get or leave their cars if we’re not open,” Ronchetti offered.
