Learn the Japanese art of creating miniature trees.  The tiny trees are great for small patios and balconies.

bonsaiOur organization promotes and studies how to grow miniature trees. All you need is patience and an interest in the ancient art of Oriental Bonsai. At monthly meetings, Scottsdale Bonsai Society (SBS) members educate one another with hands-on techniques and tree training methods. Expert guests are also invited on special occasions to demonstrate their skills and share their knowledge. Additional activities include shopping for new tree projects, field trips, workshops and displaying members' bonsai trees at community events. Bring your trees and tools to the next meeting and begin experiencing the joy of growing miniature bonsai.
