Memorial Day Ride for veteran organizations

memorial day not forgottenPHOENIX – Vets On Media and American Legion Riders Post #34 are hosting a motorcycle ride to honor the men and women who have served and fallen for our country. All proceeds for this event will benefit the Arizona Army Emergency Relief Fund, Military Assistance Mission, and AZ Riders Goodwill Ride. The ride will begin at Papago Military Reservation and make a pass through the Veterans National Memorial Cemetery before ending at American Legion Post #34 in Cave Creek.

James Fawbush, the co-owner of Vets On Media, will be the presiding official for this ceremony.
An estimated 300 riders will gather to honor our fallen service members. Riders will consist of service members, veterans, local bike clubs, and members of the local community.

What: Inaugural Memorial Day Motorcycle Ride
When: Saturday, May 24. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.; Event begins at 10 a.m.; Event will last 2 hours (approximately)
Where: Start: Papago Military Reservation 52nd Street Armory (From the 202: North on 52nd Street towards McDowell Road. Follow signs to entrance.)
Point of Interest: Cave Creek National Cemetery at -Cave Creek Rd / Pinnacle Peak Rd,
End: American Legion Post #34, 6272 E. Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek, AZ
