Cave Creek car crush for football and fireworks fans
CAVE CREEK – What better way is there to root for your favorite football team than by taking a sledge hammer to something representing the other guys’ teams?
Ron McGee from the Buffalo Chip Saloon and Mark Bradshaw from the Tap Haus have teamed up to bring the Football Car Crush to Cave Creek to benefit the town’s July 4 and 5 fireworks displays.
Elwood Motor Sports (Cave Creek) and All City Towing (Phoenix) donated the cars to the four football bars participating in the event:
Team Buffalo Chip – Green Bay Packers
Team Harold’s – Pittsburgh Steelers
Team Smokehouse – Minnesota Vikings
Team Tap Haus – Chicago Bears
So, come on out and enjoy football Cave Creek style and help raise money for fireworks by hitting cars with sledge hammers during games for the rest of football season – one hit for $5, three hits for $10 or seven hits for $20.
All proceeds will benefit the two Independence Day fireworks displays.
