johnny ringoCAVE CREEK – One of Arizona’s only non-motorized western parades will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 9 a.m. during Arizona’s largest western event, Wild West Days. The all western parade begins on the west end of the Town of Cave Creek and concludes on the east end of town. This year’s Grand Marshal is Johnny Ringo (r), the founder of Wild West Days.

Wild West Days, now in its 11th year, is an annual experience hosted by the Cave Creek Merchants & Events Association. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit non-profit and horse-related organizations in community to help to preserve the community’s western heritage.

See the special Wild West Days supplement in the Oct. 16 issue of Sonoran News for event information. For the latest schedule visit wildwestdayscavecreek.com.
