JJ Gresco on U.S. 2013 Evian Junior Cup team
J. J. Gresco of North Scottsdale was selected to represent the United States in the 2013 Evian Junior Cup which took place on September 17-18 in Évian-les-Bains, France. He was one of only two boys, along with two girls, named to a 4-player United Stated junior golf team which played against 15 other countries in this international competition that immediately followed the Evian Championship, which is a professional tournament.

Mindquest Lecture Series focuses on history this fall
The FCF-MindQuest Lectures Series kicks off its 2013-2014 season with a look back in history.
On October 22, local historian J. Patrick Grady will share stories of gunslinger James Houck, Charles Hardy who fled Colorado to escape the law and Cattle Kate among others.

An evening of dinner and dancing will benefit the non-profit organization that meets the needs of the elderly homebound in the northeast Valley
