What’s with the dude and the umbrella on School House Road?
Although yesterday morning an APS crew appeared to repair the guide wire that had snapped from the power pole about two weeks ago, the 24-hour a day guards certainly caused a stir in the neighborhood. This man is a security guard with Veterans Security, an equipment watch security company that provides construction site security. The company also contracts with APS as in this situation on School House Road, where guards were on duty until APS was able to make the repair.
