Cave Creek Charities host benefit for Joe Foss Institute

Cave Creek Charities, a local 501(c)3 organization will be hosting a dinner / dance on Friday, May 10, 2013 to benefit the Joe Foss Institute. This annual event entitled the “Law & Honor Charity Banquet” is designed to honor members of the Armed Forces, Law Enforcement & Firefighters. Proceeds are designated to a worthy charity.

The Joe Foss Institute (JFI) founded in 2001 in Scottsdale, has a critical mission to educate our youth about the importance of patriotism and to inspire them to public service. The guest speaker will be Lucian Spataro, Jr., President & CEO of the Joe Foss Institute.

During World War II, Joe Foss was the leading fighter ace of the U.S. Marine Corps. In May of 1943, he received the nation’s highest award, the Congressional Medal of Honor.
