The 1st Annual Celebrity Bigs 4 Littles event is the inspiration of Scottsdale Leadership’s Project Pay it Forward, a community outreach initiative where classmates work in small groups to make a difference within the community. This group conceptualized the event based on mutual interest to reduce the critical need for male mentors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona.

Scottsdale Leadership is a 501(c)3 non-profit, community stewardship program that helps people focus on their ability to give back to the community teaching servant leadership and community trusteeship. More than 850 community-minded men and women have graduated from Scottsdale Leadership’s core program and have gone on to serve in leadership roles for civic, business and philanthropic organizations in Scottsdale and throughout the Valley and State of Arizona.
