Rock the Runway at the 16th Scottsdale Air Fair Nov. 3 – 4
SCOTTSDALE – The City of Scottsdale is proud to announce the Scottsdale Air Fair 2012, a two-day family event that will inspire every generation with the excitement of flight, taking place November 3 and 4 at the Scottsdale Airport. There will be plenty of fun for the entire family including live entertainment, food, children’s area and arts and craft booths. This year’s theme is Rock the Runway and will showcase the best military historical airplanes, vintage airplanes, helicopters, classic automobiles, motorcycles and more. The air will be “buzzing” with continual arrivals/departures of numerous types of aircrafts and live entertainment from Zowie Bowie a crowd favorite. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to go inside the planes, meet with pilots and explore aviation first hand at the Scottsdale Airport.
When: Saturday, Nov. 3, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday, Nov. 4, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
