An Open Letter to Ken Bennett, Arizona Secretary of State

Dear Secretary of State Bennett:

It has become very clear that our federal government will not do anything regarding the enigma called Barack Hussein Obama II. It is also clear that the GOP and the media have been apparently compromised and are complicit in this fraud called Obama.  That leaves only the Secretary of State of Arizona, and the secretaries of state across America to step in and protect the U.S. Constitution from the soon to arrive Obama nomination papers from the D.N.C. and the continuance of the Obama travesty. 

I have attached the affidavits of Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Investigator Mike Zullo of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office regarding their findings of probable cause that the Obama Certificate of Live Birth is a computer generated forgery and the Selective Service System Registration form is a probable forgery.  These affidavits were obtained from the Florida court system and are extremely unsettling.  I am suggesting to others that these affidavits be posted as advertisements in the national press to inform the public how our elected officials are shirking their responsibilities to uphold the Constitution of the United States.  In view of the attached affidavits, I would ask that you reconsider your oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution for the State of Arizona and keep Barack Hussein Obama II, a.k.a. Barry Soetoro,  off the Arizona presidential ballot in November.  As you will recall, the Verification Letter from the State of Hawaii, which you previously accepted, didn't even bother to include Barack Hussein Obama's date of birth.  Your acceptance of the Hawaii Verification Letter document is a disservice to Arizona citizens and the rule of law.

Secretary Bennett, please take the time to seriously read the disturbing attached affidavits and tell Arizona that you still have full confidence in Barack Hussein Obama II's identity and his eligibility to be the D.N.C. nominee for the 2012 presidential election.

You alone have the power to say "NO" to the D.N.C. and their phantom, enigma candidate called Barack Hussein Obama II. My expectation is that you will honor your oath and end the deception and fraud that appears to be overtaking our government and transforming our nation into a Marxist state.  Your country and your children's future demands nothing less than to stand up for America at this critical time in our history.

Some people have short memories…..

Do you remember January 3, 2007?

Remember that on October 9, 2007, 11 months before our “economic crisis” occurred (that was actually created), the Dow hit its highest point ever, closing at 14,164.53 and reaching 14,198.10 intra-day level 2 days later. Unemployment was steady at 4.7%. But things were
already being put in place to create the havoc we’ve all been experiencing since then. And it all started, on January 3, 2007. This tells the story, why Bush was so “bad” at the end of his term.
Don't just skim over this, it's not very long, read it slowly and let it sink in. If in doubt, check it out!!! The day the Democrats took over was not January 22, 2009 it was actually January 3, 2007, which was the day the Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress. The Democrat Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.

For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy that everything is "Bush's Fault", think about this: January 3, 2007 was the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the Congress.

At the time:
The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77
The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%
The Unemployment rate was 4.6%
George Bush's Economic policies SET A RECORD of 52 STRAIGHT MONTHS of JOB GROWTH

Remember the day...January 3, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee. The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy? BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!

Unemployment... to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping 5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOES! Bush asked Congress 17 TIMES to stop Fannie & Freddie - starting in 2001 because it was financially risky for the US economy. And who took the THIRD highest pay-off from Fannie Mae AND Freddie
Mac? OBAMA. And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie? OBAMA and the Democrat Congress. So when someone tries to blame Bush. REMEMBER JANUARY 3, 2007....THE DAY THE DEMOCRATS TOOK OVER!"

Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress as of January 2007 is the Democrat Party. Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 and 2009 as well as 2010 and 2011. In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases. For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.

If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.

If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself. In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since
January 20, 2009.

Dear Mr. Maldonado:

Thank you for contacting me regarding gun control. I appreciate your concerns regarding this matter.

Congress, like the American people, continues to be divided on the issue of controlling firearms as a means of addressing the appalling level of violence which besets our nation. I do not believe, however, that the answers to these problems lie with gun control. We cannot resort to abridging law-abiding citizens' Constitutional rights in order to solve the tough problems that face our nation.

Criminals, by definition, have a patent disregard for the law. It would be dangerously naive to assume that they would abide by gun restrictions. Washington, DC, is an excellent case-in-point. The District has among the strictest gun control laws in the nation, and yet also holds one of the highest violent crime rates.

I will continue working to stop violent crime and those individuals who have or would abuse their Second Amendment rights. While addressing these important concerns, rest assured that I will ensure that the rights of honest, law abiding citizens are not abridged.

The importance of the November election

In a free society, each person is recognized as a unique human being. He is free to discover his own potential and pursue his own legitimate interests. The individual has a duty to respect the rights of others and the values, traditions, tested over time and passed from one generation to another. He is responsible for his own well-being and that of his family.

Private property and freedom are inseparable. Each person has the right to acquire and possess property. In fact, this property represents the fruits of each one intellectual or physical labor. The greatest threat to freedom and private property in any society is a large and powerful government, where a few dictates to the people.

Democracy and private property go hand on hand. If a government controls one, it controls both, forcing the individual to serve the Government. The free market is the most productive of economic systems. It fosters creativity and inventiveness. It produces new industries, products, and services. The free market creates more wealth, more jobs, and more opportunities for more people than any other economic system. The key for free market is private property. It may be income, real property, or intellectual property.

The individual knows better how to earn and spend that which he has obtain from his own labor and provide for his family than do large bureaucracies. In fact, industry in a free society is more capable of competing against industries in a socialist environment. The government does not add value to the economy. It removes value from the economy by imposing taxes on a citizen to provide cash to another.

In a free society, a man born into wealth or who has acquired wealth can lose his fortune depending on how he chooses to behave. Also, a man born into poverty or who has lost wealth once obtained can acquire a fortune, depending again on how he chooses to behave. That some should be rich shows that others may become rich. This is just encouragement to enterprise. In simply terms, let not him who is houseless pull down the house of another. Let him labor diligently and build one for himself. Democracy extends the sphere of individual freedom and opportunities. Democracy seeks equality in freedom.

Capitalism begins with giving. Not from greed, avarice, or even self-love can one expect the rewards of commerce. The belief that the good fortune of others is also finally one’s own does not come easily or invariably to the human being. But it is a golden rule for a free society, a key to peace and prosperity, it is the anti-envy.

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We do not pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our late years telling our children and grandchildren what it was once our free and prosperous society. Seems impossible? Don’t forget Cuba 1959.

Vote for freedom, free enterprise, less government, men human rights given by God, private property. Our future and the future of our children are at stake.

Is it dumb to buy a smart car?

Will Obama send condolences letters to the families of those killed in the proposed 2025 cars. It is a fact that in a collision, the occupants in a heavier car have a greater chance of survival and avoidance of injury than in a smaller car. As a pilot and a occasional motorcycle driver I can justify voluntary risk.  Getting a light weight car to get over 50+ MPH was done years ago with the GEO Metro.  But in order to have a fleet average 54.5 means that light cars will get lighter and SUVs and Vans will get so flimsy that they will fly apart in an accident. Such lightening of vehicles will mean a guaranteed death sentence to anyone tangling with a 18 wheeler. It is not Smart to buy a Smart Car unless you can accept a shortened average life span. Has Obama calculated how much our society will be paying in more medical bills? Or is he counting on lowering the average life span to save Social Security and Medicare?

Noah’s Ark validates the Holy Bible’s authenticity

“God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it;” (Genesis 1:27-28).

God in His Infinite knowledge, wisdom and power created male and female to begin the human race.  Adam and Eve were our first parents. And their off springs multiplied for thousand of years, but then they sinned and became evil and corrupt and very violent and God was sorry that He ever created man (Genesis 6:6). He planned to send a flood to destroy all mankind. (Genesis 6:12-22)

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord (Genesis 6:8) and God commanded him to build an ark to save himself and his family from the flood.  Noah and his family and all of the animals, male and female, that God caused to enter the ark, survived.  After the flood, Noah and his wife and their three sons and their wives began to have children to fill the earth again.
Educators with doctor’s degrees say the Bible is only a religious book and contains no science.  However, the miraculous existence of Noah’s Ark on a 6,000 foot plateau between Greater and Lesser Ararat is scientific and archeological evidence that validates the Holy Bible’s authenticity.

This fact proves there was a flood or how would the ark be setting on a mountain. This is one of the best kept secrets to shelter Darwin’s theory of evolution from being exposed for what it really is; Satan’s evil attempt to destroy the truth of God’s creation.


Only Noah’s family survived the flood to continue the human race and bring honor and glory to Almighty God.

Flake is light on pork but heavy on liberty

In the August 30 Arizona Republic the assertion is made that “The state’s business community has seen [Congressman] Flake do virtually nothing to support economic development.” Such a ridiculous remark can only be made by someone who has no idea of what causes business development. What the author of this article obviously means is that Congressman Flake does not “bring home the bacon” for Arizona. That is because Flake is someone who does understand what causes business development and that is low taxes, limited government regulation, the rule of law, and respect for property rights and contracts.

In every one of these areas Congressman Flake is among the best in the entire Congress. His ratings are high among conservative groups and business organizations. The fact that he is not focused on getting goodies for his constituents should be something that is praised, not lamented.

This country is broke

How long before the total failure of the economy. It is more obvious every day that a new approach is needed. The economy needs a stimulus that works instead of throwing tax dollars at wasteful efforts. Two solutions have been proposed: The Fair Tax and the Flat Tax. The Fair Tax would give every employee and business in this country their full paycheck and completely do away with the present income tax system by replacing it with a consumption tax. Think what a stimulus this would be. The flat tax would not do away with the income tax. Federal taxes would continue to be deducted from every pay check. Now I ask, which one would be an effective stimulus for the economy?
