Presidential death sentence

Our imperial president in an effort to fast-break around Congress, the will of the American people and secure a lock on the Hispanic ballot box, has issued another executive order. This order creates a new layer of second class citizens and flies in the face of "equal under the law." In the shadow of the United States Supreme Court, where Arizona's SB1070 is about to get a nod of approval, Obama's fiat administration again chooses to ignore the law, exceeding his constitutional authority.

As much as he would like these "Immigrants" to believe it, nothing has really changed; they are still illegally in the U.S.! His action has simply ordered the Immigration Service not to deport them, the several states are already constitutionally prohibited from doing so.
With a stroke of his poisoned pen, our desperate president caused thousands of equally desperate Mexican citizens to surge for those open flood gates to take advantage of America's dwindling abundance. Each may claim to have resided here since infancy; without documentation, who is to say otherwise? Eager human smugglers will vacuum pack them into vans or guide them to the scorching lower Sonoran Desert sentencing them to die, abandoned in triple digit heat.

This blatant political move may indeed be an unintended presidential death sentence for scores of below the border hopefuls.

President Obama presents limited American jobs to "illegal immigrants"

President Obama is allowing "illegal immigrants" to seize the limited jobs available in an even deepening recession.

In spite of his irrational decision, President Obama is now facing a 2012 college and university "graduating class" who voted for his 2008 Presidential Election. They see a shrinking and/or disappearing job market under President Obama's "failing economic policies."

This season, as many high school and college graduates seek employment to start their adult life, their efforts for jobs are coming up empty.

Other students seek employment to earn summer income to pay for college tuition in the fall.

Millions more adult Americans are out of work and pleading for jobs to save their homes and hold their families together.

How "foolish" is President Obama to grant our limited jobs to "illegal immigrants" over American citizens!

Obama: “private sector is doing fine”

In February 2009 President Obama’s $787 billion stimulus program was supposed to create 5 million new jobs and reduce unemployment below 8 percent by the end of 2010.  He missed both projections by wide margins.

Now, at the end of May 2012, unemployment is still above 8 percent and only 69,000 new jobs were created in May, the fewest in a year.  When we add in people who have stopped looking for work the real unemployment rate is closer to 13 percent.

During Obama’s term the national debt has increased by $5 trillion to over $15 trillion, and is increasing.  The flailing administration has created extreme uncertainty in the private sector, which has depressed manufacturing activity and inhibited hiring.

Obama’s policies and programs have had a negative impact on the work force.  He has obstructed job creation by putting the Keystone pipeline project on hold.  The Congressional Budget Office stated Obama’s healthcare bill will cost 850,000 jobs. The latest reports show we could be in a stagnant economy and could possibly fall back into another recession.

President Obama has been in office three and a half years, and he owns the faltering economy.  As President Truman said, “The buck stops here.”

What is Obama hiding?

God bless California's Rep. Darrell Issa for having the courage to finally take Attorney General Holder to task regarding "Fast and Furious." Holder and Obama have a long record of looking the other way on many issues. The next presidential election will give us a choice.  Approve of Obama doing everything he can to destroy America economically or elect someone else whose parents did not hate America.  The choice is simple. Please name one thing which Obama has done to help our economy?  Don't include those things that have backfired and set back even further!

City Council votes to return Dove Valley Road

I am pleased to announce that at the June 20 City of Phoenix City Council Meeting the Council voted to approve the funds to change the name of Sonoran Blvd. back to Dove Valley Road and to extend Sonoran Desert Drive to Cave Creek Road.  Sonoran Blvd. will cease to exist.

The vote was 9-0 including the Mayor.  I would like to thank our District 2 Councilman, Jim Waring, for his unwavering support of this issue since he became our councilman in September of 2011.  Jim helped to move this issue through the council to its successful vote yesterday.  Thank you Councilman Waring.  Please call 602-262-7445 or visit the District 2 website to thank him for his fine work on this issue.  His Chief of Staff, Ashley Bunch, was also instrumental.

I would also like to thank Shane Silsby, Deputy Street Transportation Director at City of Phoenix, who represented the City of Phoenix Streets Department for this issue.  Shane worked tirelessly for over one year to help create a new citywide policy for renaming streets in Phoenix and to insure the survey of residents in our Sonoran Preserve Community was carried out.

In addition to our Councilman Jim Waring, I would like to thank Jim's colleagues for their continued attention to this issue.  They are in order of District: Councilwoman Thelda Williams, District 1; Councilman Bill Gates, District 3; Councilman Tom Simplot, District 4, Councilman Daniel Valenzuela, District 5, Councilman Sal DiCiccio, District 6, Council Michael Nowakowski, District 7 and Vice Mayor and Councilman Michael Johnson, District 8.  Lastly, I would like to thank our new City of Phoenix Mayor, Greg Stanton, for his support and interest and in moving this to a 9-0 vote yesterday.

Sonoran Desert Drive will, in the near future, connect Loop 303, I-17 to Cave Creek Road and beyond to Loop 101 and State Route 51. This major arterial street will one day connect the east and west valley making commerce and employment opportunities easier for all.

Finally, this vote signifies the Herculean efforts of many people.  However, it is most significant because it demonstrates how our City of Phoenix government successfully works with its constituents.  It can be done!  Thank you City of Phoenix!

Very truly yours,

Clif Freedman, President

The ultimate goal of the secretive Bilderberg Group is world government under the U.N.

Other goals are to succeed in forcing was in the Middle East, to save the Euro and to exploit the European recession.

One of the Group’s programs forces people to live in cities so the remaining land can revert to nature. this program is in process in California now, where some policies have mandated that up to 30 homes be built on a single acre.

The Bilderberg Group, which started in the Netherlands in 1954, has been under an almost total U.S. media blackout ever since, until this year.

Because a few independent newspapers have been exposing the Group, when the Bilderbergers held an annual meting in Chantilly, Va., May 31 – June 3, they were met at the entrance of the Westfield Marriot Hotel, not by five or six protesters, but by 1,000.

Shouts and signs demanded that Bilderberg stop meeting behind guarded, closed doors and stop trying to control the affairs of sovereign nations. Besides being confronted by protestors, the mainstream media also descended upon the Bilderbergers.

The Bilderberger Group’s approximately 140 members from 21 nations are among the world’s richest most powerful elites among politicians, bankers, government officials and heads of corporations.

Among the American participants at the Bilderberger meeting this year were Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., governor of Indiana; Thomas E. Donilon, President Obama’s national security adviser; Bill Gates, billionaire computer great; Donald Graham, CEO of the Washington Post. Jon Huntsman, former Utah governor; Sen. John Kerry (D. Mass.); Henry Kissinger, former secretary of state; Peggy Noonan, author, columnist at the Wakll Street Journal; David Rockefeller, dedicated wealthy one-worlder; Charlie Rose, executive editor, author, "Charlie Rose”; Robert E. Rubin, former secretary of the treasury; Eric E. Schmidt, executive chairman, Google, Inc.

Participants at previous meetings included Bill Clinton, former president; Tim Geithner, treasury secretary; and Rick Perry, governor of Texas.

Although Bilderberger meetings are closed to non-members, including reporters, resourceful journalists have acquired ways of getting secret conversations and other information.

At the Bilderberger meeting on June 2, Henry KIssinger said, “We can get Israel to attack Iran because we Americans throw so much money at them.”

Sweden’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Carl Bildt said, “When we get through with the problems in Europe, Americans will be so hungry they will welcome a world body to rescue them.”

Some Bilderbergers supported using financial stress to promote world government.
At the meeting the Bilderbergers said they wanted to see Sen. John Kerry (Mass.) be President Obama’s running mate and Indiana Governor Mitchell Daniel be Mitt Romney’s.
Some Bilderbergers drinking in the lobby wer heard denouncing Ron Paul (R. Texas) because he opposes U.S. involvement in foreign wars. One said, “It would be much easier to get the world to accept our politicas if Paul and other nationalists would disappear. I’d like to charter a jet, hire a Muslim suicide pilot and give them all a free ticket to hell.”

“The Bilderberger meetings violate the Logan Act, which forbids unauthorized U.S. citizens from negotiating with foreign governments, the violation of which is a felony, punishable with imprisonment of up to three years.”

To summarize, a description of the Bilderberger Group, one might say it’s a group of globalists who are engaged in overthrowing sovereign nations and in micro-managing the human race.

Sincerely,

County Supervisors' attacks on other county officials cost taxpayers $28 million so far

$975,000 went to pay off Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox; $11 million over Supervisors illegally stealing County Attorney's Civil Division Costs artificially higher due to Supervisors insisting on hiring outside counsel for everything due to alleged "conflicts of interest." As a result of the Maricopa County Supervisors attacking other elected officials beginning in 2008 and attempting to strip their budgets in order to steer more funding to themselves, taxpayers are on the hook for a cool $28 million.

Over $3 million has been spent defending the County from lawsuits filed by defendants who Sheriff Arpaio and former County Attorney Andrew Thomas tried to prosecute. Conley Wolfswinkel, a convicted felon and former business partner of Supervisor Don Stapley, Stapley, Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox, and a few others including judges who ruled against Arpaio/Thomas have all filed lawsuits against the County demanding millions of dollars for "stress." So far there have been several large "settlements" (ahem - payoffs) paid out. Five defendants have received "settlements" from $50,000 to $500,000 of taxpayer money.

There's more still to come, folks, as these cases continue to be litigated or settled. Meanwhile, their friends in the left wing media are cheering them on, excited to make Sheriff Arpaio look bad. The sole deputy county attorney whistleblower who refused to go along with the exorbitant payoffs, which she said were purposely designed to make Arpaio and Thomas look bad, was fired in retaliation.

http://sonoranalliance.com/2012/04/21/county-supervisors-award-liberal-activist-randy-parraz-unasked-for-money-over-stress/

Former Maricopa County manager David Smith awarded the costly crony payouts, including $975,000 to Superior Wilcox for "stress." All of Wilcox's attorneys fees were paid, totaling over $1 million. Smith abruptly resigned his position as County Manager in April. He is trying to get a job lobbying the County with lobbyist John Kaites. Giving those large payouts to Mary Rose Wilcox and other county employees will score him points when he tries to lobby them in the future. Don't expect to read about this bribery in the left-leaning media, which paints the Supervisors and their former hatchet man as victims; meanwhile their hands are in the public trough awarding themselves more and more of our money.

$138,442 was spent by the Supervisors to defend themselves against an investigation by Arpaio and Thomas into the $340 million Taj Mahal court tower they built for the judges to buy them off.

The Supervisors illegally took away the Civil Division from the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. The County Attorney sued to get it back and won, with the Arizona Court of Appeals holding that the Supervisors had wrongly taken it away. That illegal move cost taxpayers a whopping $11 million. $9 million of that alone went to pay for the new illegal legal department the Supervisors created. Note that no one was ever prosecuted over this, nor did the Bar prosecute the Supervisors' attorneys over the illegal action.

Over $6,000 was spent to defend two of the Supervisors' attorneys from bar complaints. We find this very interesting considering the County will not fund the bar complaints against Thomas and his deputies.

John Chamberlin, political-science and public-policy professor at the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, said accountability for the costly infighting ultimately rests with voters.

"This is the kind of thing that drives voters nuts," he said. "It's bad behavior that seems to have no public interest attached to it. It's eating up money at a time when budgets are being cut, and people think there are much better uses of the funds."

The corruption needs to stop. Time to clean up Maricopa County and elect new officials who will be more responsible with our money! Be sure to vote when early ballots come out in July or at the polls in August.

Same gender effect in coed class

One teacher in Troy has figured out a way to get the benefits of same gender education in a coed class.  She has boys around a lab table, sitting on stools so that they can have more movement (360 degrees) and stay awake more easily. They are elevated and look towards the girl’s area which is lower with tables facing towards the outer walls.  The girls who are more apt to talk with one another now can focus better because they are looking at a wall not their friend.  When lecture time comes the instructor stands in the front and the girls are looking at the backs of each other heads as they take notes. The boys like birds of prey are looking towards the girls and consequently also looking at the instructor. When decibel levels were taken for the control group (students permitted to sit anywhere); same gender classes and the “in the zone treatment group” the sound was the loudest in the control group, next loudest in the same gender group and the “in the zone group” had the least amount of sound.  The difference was so profound that a building substitute commented to the teacher, what have you done, your students are so quiet! When the groups were tested academically all three “in the zone groups" performed better than the control and same gender groups. This public school has figured out a way to perform better than a private school!

Complete Blank elevated to head Commerce Department

Fairfax, Va. – Americans for Limited Government President Bill Wilson issued the following statement on the elevation of Rebecca Blank to acting secretary of the Commerce Department:

"The Obama Commerce Department is a case study of why it is so important to fight bad nominees at the secondary level. Had Obama gotten his way, the Acting Secretary would now be Terry Garcia — someone so radical Green he makes Van Jones look like the CEO of Dow Chemical. He was so bad he couldn't even get a vote.

"Now, with John Bryson resigning under very unusual circumstances, who replaces him? Rebecca Blank. The best Obama could come up with to head the Commerce Department is someone who does not even believe in the private sector.

"All of this is just an admission of why the Department should just be abolished, and its pieces scattered into wind. But more so it is a warning to Senate Republicans to closely scrutinize every single nominee and block as necessary, especially these deputies, who you never know when they're going to be elevated."

Family breakup

The quest for happiness is probably the main goal for many people. They search for new pleasures and stronger emotions, and try to avoid any pain or discomfort whatever it takes. But this path does not ultimately lead to happiness.

Faced with the inevitable problems arising in marriage, mainstream ideology suggests family breakup as the only solution and as a conquest of freedom.

For years now, the great entertainment industry at Hollywood has been systematically inculcating us with the benefits of divorce through its movies. Not only movie characters got divorced, but also celebrities in real life – spread in mass media and particularly in gossip magazines.

But not everybody has caught this virus. A case in point is the Simpsons, who, apart from the negative feedback they have gotten, show a very positive side: this family endures all imaginable troubles and keeps together and well-established. It is made up of three children – a baby, a girl who is both nasty and charming, and a boy causing countless problems. The father, Homer, is lazy, a loafer and a drunkard, while the mother, Marge, is full of common sense, religious sentiment and truthful affection. Over more than 400 episodes, this animated cartoon series has shown that family is the best long-term investment in a deceitful world gone adrift.

It is said that, as a boy, Chesterton heard that in the United States spouses could get divorced on incompatibility grounds. If this were the case, everybody would already have gotten divorced, since, due to sexual differentiation, men and women have manifest physical and psychological differences that make them different but complementary at the same time.

But beyond differences, spouses should love, respect, be faithful to, and help each other. Once divorce is introduced into society, marital happiness and security disappears.
