CAVE CREEK – Town council appointed Lawrence Scaringelli to fill the post of town magistrate, following the retirement of George Preston, for a period of six months as the town puts out a request for proposals (RFP). Scaringelli, previously appointed a judge pro tem by Preston, agreed to accept the position at no cost to the town for a period of six months and said he would also be interested in responding to the RFP.

Running of the Bulls thrill seekers must have own insurance
