Cave Creek appoints temporary magistrate
CAVE CREEK – Town council appointed Lawrence Scaringelli to fill the post of town magistrate, following the retirement of George Preston, for a period of six months as the town puts out a request for proposals (RFP). Scaringelli, previously appointed a judge pro tem by Preston, agreed to accept the position at no cost to the town for a period of six months and said he would also be interested in responding to the RFP.

Spur Cross business owners plead for access
CAVE CREEK – Monday night’s Call to the Public brought both Jimmy and Valerie Sheehan to the podium, where they pleaded with council to address the closure of Spur Cross Road, which essentially has blocked access to their businesses located at Spur Cross Station.
