horsesCAVE CREEK – On Saturday, May 14th Cave Creek Coffee Company hosts a live benefit concert by Jim Gath in support of the Tierra Madre Horse Sanctuary. Gath will be joined by local musician Ernie Bunch and all proceeds for the event will support the thirty-four previously abandoned and neglected horses at the ranch.

Tierra Madre Horse Sanctuary is situated on three acres between Phoenix & Cave Creek. The facility houses an average of thirty five horses and cares for all rehabilitation and injuries. The sanctuary is also home to hundreds of rabbits, prairie dogs, lizards, quail and birds. The Sanctuary was first conceived by Jim Gath after the 2004 Southern California wildfires that left many horses homeless.

With a distinct selection of in-house varietal coffee roasts and blends, Cave Creek Coffee Company also offers a wide selection of wine, beer, infused martini selections, and delicious food and desserts.

The cost of the benefit concert is a $20 donation to Tierra Madre Horse Sanctuary, a 501©(3) charitable organization.
