Robert (Bob, Grizzly) Goodwin 11/30/50 - 2/24/09
Suddenly and so unexpectedly our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle and friend went to be with his Lord and Savior.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Marty, children Andrea, Amanda, and Alex (Lisa), his grandchildren Camille, Elijah, Vivian, Matthew, Maximus and Nicholas. Also his father, Lewis and brothers Dick (Priscilla), Roy (Rosalie) and Lee (Shelly).
His family and friends will always remember his sweet spirit, great physical and spiritual strength and helping hand for all.
His many years of service at North Phoenix Baptist Church and The Phoenician Resort are a tribute to his dedication and faithfulness.
A memorial service and reception will be held on Sunday, March 1, at 3 p.m. at Northridge Community Church, 6363 E. Dynamite Blvd.
All who loved him are invited and welcome to attend. “and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
