Obama and DNC refuse to address citizenship issue

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Dec. 1, the deadline for President-elect Barack Hussein Obama and the Democratic National Committee to respond to Attorney Philip Berg’s petition for a writ of certiorari in the Supreme Court, came and went without a response from either.

On Nov. 18, the Federal Elections Commission waived its right to respond. However, Berg doesn’t know if the FEC simply waived its right or if it was waiving the right to respond for Obama and the DNC as well and the solicitor general refuses to say.

Berg, surprised the FEC filed a waiver because, as a federal regulatory agency, said he thinks the FEC should take the position the U.S. Supreme Court should grant him standing. “I think they have a responsibility not only to Phil Berg, but to all citizens of this country, to put forth a sense of balance that doesn’t otherwise seem to exist.”

He also said if the FEC did file on behalf of the DNC and Obama, it would reek of “collusion.”
In an effort to have her Washington State Electors closely examine the documentation challenging Obama’s eligibility to be president before they vote on Dec. 15, Lynn Stuter e-mailed detailed information and exhibits to her Electors and pointed out, “The first duty of every Elector is to the Constitution.”

Stuter received an e-mail response from Elector Kristine Fallstone that said (complete with misspellings, punctuation and grammatical errors), “I have put you on my spam service. I will NO longer accept mail from you. I have signed an affadavit that I will vote for my parties candidate. You are asking me to go against this affadavit which not only would cause a large monetary fine but would go against the promise I made in Person to well over 1000 people.”

Fallstone continues, “… Obama is one of the best things that has ever happened to our country. As a life long Democrat and a bi racial son who was killed in action as a soldier; it is my HONOR to cast my vote for him.”

She concludes with, “As a Christian I ask you not to attempt to correspond now or in the future.”

According to the Hawaii Department of Health's Online Vital Records Ordering System, it costs $10 to obtain a certified copy of a birth certificate and $4 for each additional copy of the same certificate ordered at the same time. If ordered online, there is an additional fee of $1.50 for the initial certified copy and an additional $0.25 for each additional copy ordered.

It takes approximately 4-6 weeks to receive the certificate(s) from the time the order is placed.

Obama birth certificateSo, as more than a dozen different parties have filed lawsuits across the country to demand Obama provide proof of eligibility, Obama and the DNC appear to have spent more than $500,000 to date, to fight those lawsuits rather than fork over $10 to obtain a certified copy of his birth certificate and/or other documents that could put this matter to rest once and for all.

Documents: This Certification of Live Birth to prove Obama’s citizenship was deemed a forgery by a forensic document expert, who, on video (www.obamacrimes.com), details the factors contributing to his conclusion that the document is not authentic, while Debbie Schlussel recently exposed what appears to be his fraudulent Selective Service System Registration.
