Art Night returns to Cave Creek Nov. 14

Eight galleries stay open late on Fridays to further art scene

CAVE CREEK – The art season has arrived. Galleries are staying open later, offering new exhibitions and artist demonstrations to entice regular visitors to return and attract newcomers to the local art scene.

On Friday, Nov. 14 eight galleries will band together, staying open until 9 p.m., to participate in Art Night in Cave Creek. The event, held the second Friday of the month, will continue through May. Art lovers will enjoy work ranging from old world traditional, southwestern, avant-garde and contemporary in the mediums of paintings, sculpture, furniture and jewelry. More...

Fantastic Ferraris on display

Nearly 150 of the finest Italian cars and motorcycles will be on display from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15 when the Ferrari Club of America – Desert Region presents the 2008 Concorso Arizona. There is a $5 admission to see the fantastic Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Ducati and Moto Guzzi motorcycles on display at el Pedregal Marketplace, Carefree Highway and Scottsdale Road. A VIP ticket, for $25, includes admission, a T-shirt, Poster and Event Book. Proceeds to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Phoenix, Inc.
