The Anthem Veterans Memorial cordially invites you to attend the 11th annual Veterans Day celebration, to honor, salute and support our veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice.
WHAT: 11th Annual Veterans Day Concert and Ceremony.
WHEN: Veterans Day, November 11, 2022
• NEW! Free Concert: Patriotic Music 9:30 – 10:00 a.m. by ProMusica AZ Chorale and Orchestra
• NEW! Vietnam War Veterans Pinning Ceremony: 9:30 – 10:00 a.m.
• Ceremony: HONOR. SALUTE. SUPPORT: 10:00 a.m.-11:15 a.m.

WHERE: Anthem Veterans Memorial, Anthem Community Park, Gavilan Peak Parkway
WHO: EVERYONE is invited to help honor our veterans and their families.
COST: Free
KEYNOTE ADDRESS. The keynote address will be given by Colonel Thomas H. Kirk, Jr. (USAF, Retired). Hear a story of heroism from a Korean War, NATO and Vietnam War combat pilot, held for 6 years as a Vietnam War Prisoner of War. His incredible story of immense optimism serves as an inspiration to all and we hope you will join us to hear his journey.

ABOUT THE ANTHEM VETERANS MEMORIAL:

The award-winning Anthem Veterans Memorial (AVM), a project of the Anthem Community Council (ACC), is located in Anthem Community Park. The Memorial was dedicated Nov. 11, 2011, and received Arizona Historic Landmark status six months later. Fundraising efforts and the sale of pavers in the Circle of Honor continue.
