Teaching, not teaching

If the union public school teachers are not teaching and still getting our tax payers dollars, then that tax money should follow the student and be paid directly to the parent of each child/student to offset the expenses incurred by the parent to educate that child….be it materials, books, home-schooling projects, driving to a pod home-schooling group, having the parent go part time to a charter or Christian school.

Why should union public school teachers, who are not teaching, be paid a dime????
It is our tax money and should go to the child!!! via the parent who is providing the education that the union public school teachers won’t, so that the child will not fall behind!
Thank you,
