Desert Foothills Leadership is a new organization formed to educate, energize, and engage emerging leaders to enrich community life is launching in the Desert Foothills region serving the Northeast Valley including Carefree, Cave Creek, North Scottsdale, and North Phoenix. Desert Foothills Leadership is currently recruiting members to join the Inaugural Class in January 2020. Class Members will have the unique opportunity to create the foundation of a community leadership program and together empower a knowledgeable core of committed community leaders to guide our future.Community Leaders and Speakers from leading organizations in the region in their respective fields will present one day programs covering a wide array of topics including healthcare, the arts, education, public safety, government, water and natural resources, sustainability, land use, development, desert preservation and more. Class Members will be expected to commit to participate one day per month attending programs and working together to create a community service class project over the course of a year.
