Concerns for traffic on 52nd St. and the intersection of Cave Creek Rd. and Carefree Highway were discussed and in coordination with construction and traffic diversion to 53rd St. as planned by representatives of the planned “micro” hospital in that area. Speed bumps and signage were also discussed following a brief analysis of the traffic patterns on 52nd St.
– Site Plan for the proposed hospital were approved unanimously.
– An IGA between Cave Creek and the state of Arizona for a study and improvements to the intersection of Carefree Highway and Cave Creek Road was approved unanimously
In other action:
– Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Construction Product Marketing, LLC for repair and maintenance of Air Release Valves was approved unanimously.
– $49,659.76 for additional design and study services with Primatech Engineering was approved unanimously.
– Action regarding Cooperative filings necessary to partially sever and transfer water rights for the benefit of the Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area was tabled.
