PHOENIX – On Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019, the Arizona State Fair celebrates “Friends 55+ Day” with special entertainment, live animals, educational moments and complimentary admission thanks to Humana, a leading health and well-being company and the day’s presenting partner.
“We love to see grandparents at the Fair, especially with their grandkids,” said Jen Yee, Assistant Executive Director. “Many studies show that grandkids connect on a deeper level to attractions like the State Fair when they visit with their grandparents and those kids are ultimately more likely to return time and again when they become adults. The tradition lives through generations.”
