As the Arizona heat increases and the summer months arrive, Rancho Mañana Golf Club lowers their prices for the season making it an ideal time for beginners to hit the course. Rancho Mañana Golf Club offers an 18 hole course, a championship course, a full length driving range, practice chipping and putting greens, a fully stocked golf shop, and locker rooms.
Pricing depends on when you book a spot on the course. From now until September 14, the pricing for 18 holes starts at $35 before 10:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday and $42 before 10:30 a.m. Friday through Sunday. The pricing then drops down to $30 after 10:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday and $33 after 10:30 a.m. Friday through Sunday. After 3:30 p.m. the price is $26 all week.
“Because of the pricing being so low this time of year and the course being less busy than in the peak season, it’s a great time to bring out less experienced golfers to get a feel for the game without the pressure of a lot of players and the pricing being better,” said Dale Samar, the general manager.
From September 15 to October 2 the golf club will close for overseeding, the process of planting the winter rye grass to keep the course green for peak season. However, Xquenda Spa, swimming pool, and Tonto Bar and Grill are open all year round for both locals and visitors to enjoy.
“Tonto Bar and Grill, is a great place for locals to enjoy. The patio during the evenings are cool and during the day, there is lots of shade,” said Samar.
Summers are nearly half the price of peak season which can be as expensive as $75 during October. This makes summer an opportune time for inexperienced golfers and kids to learn how to swing the club.
