From the bottom of my heart Barack, thank you!

I was never a political activist. Pretty much a middle -of – the – roader.  I understood we were not a perfect country, respected our military and police. I went through the Women’s Lib Movement and the Civil Rights movement.  I accepted the equality of men, women, and all racial minorities.  I thought we were in a good place as a people but had concerns about the actions in Washington. However, like most Americans,  I was busy providing for my family and trying to keep my head above water.  My wife always worked and I was proud of the men my sons had become.  I was tired of war under Bush not a big fan of Obama, but the people spoke.  I was hopeful that race relations would be at an all-time high, inner cities would improve, and peace would return to the land.

What I saw under Barack was a rise in racial hatred not seen since the 60’s and groups like BLM, Antifa, and ISIS proliferate.  I saw an ACA that was stuffed down our throats and a President that traveled the world over apologizing for the country we were. I was told we would never return to glory and economic prosperity was a thing of the past.  The “Hope and Change” became “Grin and Bear It”.  Barack showed me how condescending and negative a politician can be and confirmed it with a parade of people like Schumer, Pelosi, Reid, Waters, and Green.  He also showed us the Republican Party had its share of swamp creatures.  So, I am woke. Woke to crooked, corrupt, selfish, manipulative, lying, hateful, partisan, politicians.  I’ll stand my ground, wear my MAGA cap, post positive comments about America, and support our troops, law enforcement professionals and our President. So thank you Barack. you showed me what we had become. Fortunately, there is time to reverse your diagnosis of mediocrity.

Eternally grateful
