On April 4, 2019 The Cave Creek Town Council celebrated the Groundbreaking of the Cave Creek Crossing, a retail development to be anchored by Sprouts Marketplace. The development is located on Carefree Highway from the Chevron Station to 53rd Street and will consist of the anchor plus two buildings of tenant space and three pads.
The development is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020. This area of Cave Creek is currently considered “a hotbed of development,” with Jiffy Lube and The Reserve at Black Mountain Subdivision already under construction. Dutch Bros. Coffee and Sun Devil Auto are expecting to break ground in the near future.
