Currently there are 154 vacant federal Judge positions that are open. President Trump has only nominated 59 Judges to fill them. That is 96 Judges short and more retire and die every month. At this pace of replacement, we will never get them filled and Obama’s appointed Judges will continue to flush the Constitution down the toilet.
I beg everyone to tell the President and Senator Lindsey Graham to make this a higher priority. The longer we leave this many vacancies, we are allowing Leftist Judges to obstruct justice and overreach the Legislative and Executive branches of our government with their partisan Democrat bias as we have been seeing for some time.
Obama’s most destructive legacy is packing the Federal Courts with his Leftist Judges.
