It was just a matter of time until retired Navy Captain (O-6 for you land-lubbers) Mark Kelly announced his intention to run for political office – as a Democrat, for crying out loud!. Traditionally, Navy and Marine officers tend to be politically conservative, but there are occasional defectors, such as the departed US Senator John S. McCain, III, a RINO if I oversaw one – in essence, a Socialist in Republican clothing.

Kelly is a despicable opportunist, who has thrust his hand up the rear of his partially disabled wife, Gabby Giffords, working her lips and eyes while providing anti-gun propaganda trough leftist ventriloquism.
Captain, why not drop the Charlie McCarthy act, and just run on your record as a combat Navy pilot, TPS graduate and astronaut? Spout your anti-Second Amendment drivel in gun-friendly Arizona, and watch the voters reject you, assuming, of course, that they have learned their lesson by electing such leftists as RINOs McCain and Flake, not to mention the self-declared “past” Communist, Kyrsten Sinema.
