Carefree, AZ – The Carefree Classic Car Rally Board of Directors announces the 1st Annual Carefree Classic Car Rally. The rally is an all-day event beginning with a two-hour Car Show from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m., FREE to the public who will vote for the “People’s Choice Award.” This will be followed by the rally send-off at 10:00am. The rally is limited to 40 Vintage, Classic, Antique and Modified automobiles manufactured in 1985 and earlier.
The event is a fund raiser. Proceeds will benefit the ALS Association, Wounded Warrior Project, Desert Foothills Library and Literacy Program, and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation.
For rally drivers and co-drivers, the day includes, Breakfast, a timed Scavenger Hunt, Lunch and an evening awards Dinner at locations in and around the Historic Spanish Village. We anticipate 40 car owners from Arizona who can look forward to a “Sunday of fun on four-wheels”.
