First, a disclaimer: The republican party left me in 1990, so I became a combative Independent. I vote for the candidate, not the party, and I am proud to be to the political right of both Attila the Hun and John Wayne.
One of uber-socialist US Senate candidate Kyrsten Sinema’s TV commercials shows former McCain chief of staff Grant Woods endorsing her candidacy. Woods is identified as “Republican” Grant Woods. Republican??? Please! Woods, like the departed McCain and the still-surviving Flake, is a political meretrix; a wind-vane, swiveling back and forth in meek obeisance to the prevailing political wind. He is a perfect example of the RINO, a Republican In Name Only, prone to falling in bed with the nearest Socialist-Democrat.
In 1990, when I left the GOP, I wrote, “Democrats and today’s Republicans are the two wings of the same loathsome Socialist carrion-feeder.”
Every day that passes reinforces my stance.
