The laws of the United States have always been adjudicated in the best legal system in the world, and have always held that the accused is INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY, BEYOND A SHADOW OF DOUBT. That has not been the case for US Federal Judge Brett Kavanaugh during the Senate Confirmation hearings, where the Senate was supposed to advise and consent on the appointment of Judge Kavanaugh as a Supreme Court Justice The FBI completed 6 Background Investigations on Judge Brett Kavanaugh over the years, and in each case he obtained a clean bill of health.
Democrat Senators have corrupted the confirmation hearings by having over 500 paid demonstrators disrupt the testimony of witnesses in the senate conference room during the hearings. Cory Booker, Kamala Harris and Dianne Feinstein stooped to new lows in their appalling behavior, wild accusations, late release of information after the hearings were over, and the repeated disruptions, making the Senate hearing a mockery.
The left of center liberal media establishment has been denigrating and making unsubstantiated allegations about the lifetime sterling record and reputation of Judge Kavanaugh. Democrat Senators have accused all “White” males of being guilty of sexual assaults, and the liberal media has pronounced Judge Kavanaugh guilty with no date of the event, location of the event, evidence, or witnesses of Christine’s allegations, to substantiate that the groping was ever perpetrated by Brett Kavanaugh, or if the event did actually occur.
Christine Blasey-Ford said she was sexually groped by Brett Kavanaugh 36 years after the event occurred, but that she could not recall the exact date, the year, or the house where the incident took place. Christine said nothing in 2003 when President Bush appointed Brett Kavanaugh to the Court of Appeals. She waited until July 2018 to pen an anonymous letter with the grave accusation that Brett Kavanaugh sexually groped her, under foggy circumstance when they were both minors, and said four witnesses were present.
The four witnesses named by her all denied that they were present, and said no such incident ever took place. Following the end of the hearing, and just prior to a vote to send the nomination to the full Senate for a vote, there have been three unsubstantiated sexual orchestrated charges in a row against Judge Kavanaugh, by three Democrat women. The charges, orchestrated by the Democrat Senators, are designed to destroy Judge Kavanaugh’s reputation, and call for his nomination to be pulled by President Trump.
Christine is a “Progressive” activist and has been a member of the Resist Trump Movement since 2016. Many of her students say that she is a Radical Anti-Trump professor, a little unbalanced, and many students on campus have avoided taking her class There are photos of Christine participating in street demonstrations, holding a Not My President sign.
George Soros has been providing the financial backing for the opposition to the confirmation of Judge Britt Kavanaugh as a Supreme Court Justice. One on Soros’ attorneys is representing Christine, and presented her allegations to Senator Diane Feinstein in July 2018.
It has been reported that Christine’s brother is employed by Fusion GPS, the firm that Hillary’s Presidential Campaign, engaged to develop false accusations against then candidate Donald Trump, to insert in the Steele Dossier for distribution to US Intelligence Agencies, the FBI, the CIA, the Justice Department, and the FISA Court, in order to obtain FISA Warrants against members of the Trump Campaign, and wire taps on the Trump Tower. The FBI has never been able to verify the contents of the Steele Dossier. A spokesman for George Soros recently acknowledged that Soros provided the funds for Hillary’s Campaign to engage Fusion GPS.
Here is some background information of how Christine Blasey-Ford’s parents and Brett Kavanaugh’s mother got cross-wise with each other; it just might be the reason Christine is going after Judge Britt Kavanaugh:
Martha G. Kavanaugh, the mother of Brett Kavanaugh was a Maryland County Circuit Court Judge from 1993 to 2001. In an amazing coincidence, Circuit Court Judge Martha Kavanaugh was the presiding judge in a 1996 foreclosure case 156006V, in which Christine Blasey-Ford’s parents were the defendants. During the foreclosure case, against Paula K and Ralph G. Blasey, Circuit Court Judge Martha Kavanaugh ruled against Christine Blasey-Ford parents, and foreclosed on their home on August 8, 1996.
