Cave Creek City Council:
During Bike Week 2018 in Cave Creek at both Hideaway and Roadhouse, there were topless (with pasties) waitresses. I did not realize this was allowed in Cave Creek.
Not that Cave Creek is a family town but this sets a whole new standard of debauchery.
Also, there were children in the bar, accompanied by parents with poor judgement; however, this nudity was nothing appropriate for those children to see.
