Is there any integrity left in our country? Who can be believed – the majority of the news media who report their views by distorting the facts? In the end, the facts come forth but not before hysteria reigns.
There is plenty of blame to be exposed in the aftermath of a tragedy. The perpetrators of the evilact done are the first on a list. What causes them to behave so contemptibly is grounds for speculation and we will never have a definitive answer. They must be punished for the choice they made.
In playing the blame game, the list is long. Laws we have to protect us are not enforced nor is the FBI, our number one investigative agency deigned to enforce and protect us, doing their job. It would seem that corruption rules the day. And shouldn’t the entertainment industry share some blame as well for bombarding us with films, games and TV shows about violence, comedians who confuse slander with comedy? What about respect – or lack thereof? The tirades against officials, from policemen to the president, are shameful.
Since when did it become right for losers (in an election) to think they can reverse a legal outcome or revise our constitution, the envy of this world? Most of us have had to bite our tongues until the next election.
And add to the list, prayer – or lack thereof. Every person is quick to say how we pray for the families while at the same time want God’s name removed, rejected and ridiculed. What has happened to our nation? Is there no integrity?
