Desert Foothills Woman’s Club, a 501c4 organization in the foothills community, is proud to once again offer scholarships for graduating H.S. senior women living in the N.E. Valley and foothills area. We are targeting the population of young women that have economic and family challenges that may prevent them from continuing their education but have maintained a GPA of 2.8-3.8. We are looking for those young women that have worked hard to overcome challenges in their personal circumstances that may limit their educational opportunities and we would like to help. We suggest that our awards be offered to women students not eligible for many scholarships. If you are a graduating senior woman with plans for your future education, please contact your counseling office at school for information about the Desert Foothills Woman’s Club application and apply prior to March 30.
If you are a non-profit organization in our foothills community and could benefit from a donation from Desert Foothills Woman’s Club, please submit a letter of need before March 30. Please include your most recent financial documents, a description of your mission, the history of your organization and tell us how our donation can make a difference. We are excited to learn about your non-profit and look forward to hearing about how you serve our community.
