A big thank you the Sonoran News readers

For more than a decade the local office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has participated in collecting toys for the Marine Corps Toy Drive. The toys collected go to poor and disadvantaged children in Maricopa County. Joan Philpott, the coordinator of the Toy Drive, for her office, used her advertising space, reserved for advertising Real Estate, to ask the Sonoran News readership to brighten a child’s Christmas and donate to the toy drive. The response was overwhelming and hundreds of toys were collected to donate to the Marine Toys for Tots program. A BIG thank you goes out to all that responded!

The community participation of this Coldwell Banker Residential office does not stop with collecting Toys. Under the leadership of Manager, Sandra Hess, the agents have  also supported the Foothills Animal Rescue and the Salvation Army.

Carefree Mayor, Les Peterson, wrote a thank you to Mrs Hess, on behalf of the town council,  for all that the agents in her office contribute to the community of Carefree.

Happy New Year!

Joan Philpott
