Although early registration has closed, tickets will still be available at the door for purchase. There will also be tickets available for those interested in attending and not eating.

Saturday, November 4th –
Triple R Horse Rescue Second Annual Winter Round Up
4:00 Doors open – bar is open and auction items & merchandise sales available
5:00 Dinner service will begin
6:00 welcome from the Board of Directors
7:00 Silent auction closes (must be present to win)
8:30 last call at the bar
9:00 event closes
Frontier Town (6245 E Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek, AZ 85331) parking lots are located in front of the giant cowboy or in the gravel lot to the east:tickets
* We are offering a full service bar as well as soft drinks and water
* There will be a bake sale with goodies provided from our volunteers
* We will be selling tickets at the door should you have friends or family that wish to join you
* We are will be selling a bit of tack as well as offering a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction and selling some of our merchandise.
* We will have credit card readers on site, but cash and check are welcome. The bar will be cash only. There will be an ATM on site, but a nominal fee is charged for each transaction.
* We have live music provided by “Pick O’ the Litter” and a great dance floor.
