SCOTTSDALE – Interior designer Fari Momeni’s tagline is “We do it all!” She does and she has. Fari, of Fari Designs, just completed a whole house remodel in Tucson, and within 19 days, it was sold. The investor with whom she worked could only say, “Oh, my gosh, Fari!” She’s that talented.

The Tucson Realtor’s Association monthly Home Tour selected the home that she designed and the property received “Home of the Month.” Fari’s design of the kitchen was featured on the cover of Homes and Land Magazine.

Not only is Fari a designer who remodels, designs and builds, she is also a general contractor (ROC # 299160) who is licensed and bonded. While Fari is credentialed and highly educated (Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design from American Intercontinental University, Atlanta, and a BS, Business Admin. from Maximillian U. in Munich, Germany) she said do not hesitate to call her about a job – small or big. If her clients live in Paradise Valley or a less affluent neighborhood, she treats them all the same. Fari prides herself on cutting out the middleman, thus clients pay what SHE pays, whether granite, flooring or custom cabinetry. Her work is high-end, even on a budget. Her savvy shopping becomes the clients’ savings! Momeni earns 15 percent of the total job cost, but clients save well beyond that.

Fari has an amazing eye for color, she’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves and do the work herself (she recently spent 10 hours cleaning a client’s home so it was perfect upon their arrival) and she pays her team members well so they do a superior job for every customer. It’s evident this is what Fari Momeni was meant to do. “I love what I do – every moment,” she assured.
