Inspirational insight into veterans with PTSD

MANNA

BUCKEYE – Author Stephen Paul Campos guides veterans out of their traumatic past through his new book, “Manna 4 Warriors.” This self-help read is set for nationwide release this week.

“Manna 4 Warriors” is a self-help guide to help soldiers overcome their post-traumatic stress disorder. This uplifting, new book by Campos serves as spiritual food to gain power, strength, wisdom, courage and obedience — motivating readers to complete the mission and to be “battle-ready.”

“Manna 4 Warriors” contains lessons that will give hope and purpose for a better way of life. The author, who has had a deep passion for helping veterans who are struggling with real issues related to military service, realizes the need to change and to adapt from military to civilian life. This realization sparked the writing of this inspirational read.

Campos is a U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Service Disabled Veteran. He was born and raised in Modesto, California. At the age of 19 in 1967, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was sent to fight in Vietnam with the 199th Light Infantry. Along with many other Vietnam veterans, he returned from that war with PTSD, unable to integrate fully back into society. On the verge of suicide, he had a spiritual awakening that completely transformed his life.

Campos is also the author of “Stone Pony,” “Steps 4 Recovery,” “About FACE” and “Charlie Doesn’t Live Here Anymore.” He currently resides in Buckeye, Arizona.

The book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
